Team tier
Everything changes the day a second human joins.
You've been running DraftMesh alone, on your own files, with your own agents. The moment you share a document with a teammate, an SME, or an outside reviewer, self-asserted identity isn't enough — attribution has to hold across a trust boundary.
Why the line exists
Self-asserted identity works alone. It stops working the moment someone else is watching.
Free-tier attribution is honest, not verified — each agent or person reports its own identity, which is fine when you're the only human in the workspace. Bring in a real teammate or an outside reviewer, and sign-off has to mean something more than a name someone typed in.

Pricing
Pricing for the team tier isn't finalized yet.
We're not going to quote a number here and change it under you. See the pricing page for where things currently stand, and see the solo page if you're still working alone.
Questions people ask before switching a team over
What exactly triggers the move from free to paid?
One thing: a second human joins the workspace. Self-asserted identity works fine when you are the only person using your own documents. The moment you share a document with a teammate or an outside reviewer, attribution has to hold across a trust boundary — that requires verified identity, which is the paid team tier.
Do reviewers need to be technical to leave comments?
No. A cross-functional reviewer or an outside stakeholder opens the document, highlights the sentence they have a question about, and types. That is the whole interaction — no tool to install, no account for a guest, and nothing borrowed from developer tooling anywhere in their path.
Can I bring in an external reviewer without giving them the whole workspace?
Yes. Guest access scopes a person to a single shared document instead of your entire workspace, so an outside counsel, consultant, or customer can review and comment without seeing anything else.
What happens if two people edit the same document on different devices?
The team tier syncs the same documents across web and desktop with conflict handling that never silently drops an edit — when two changes collide, both are kept and surfaced, not overwritten.
Do I lose anything from the free local app when I upgrade?
No. Same local files, same offline behaviour, same version history. Upgrading adds verified identity, sharing, and sync on top — it does not take anything away.
How much does the team tier cost?
Pricing isn't finalized yet. See the pricing page for the current state, or get in touch — we're not going to bury a number in fine print once it exists either.
